I had a wonderful experience at Mancini sleep World Colma store this afternoon.
The long time friendly manager, Al, who runs a great store, greeted me upon arrival. He introduced me to one of his staff members Alexander Rogers, who did an excellent job, helping me choose the correct bed for me. Alex was very knowledgeable and patient and really listen to what I had to say. Based on our conversation he was able to show me a variety of mattresses within my budget. I’m happy to say that I am very pleased and excited about my purchase. It was a great day at Mancini‘s!

My family and I came in to find a mattress after 15 years of our old one. We met David who was very helpful yet not pushy. We decided to go with a firm Avocado mattress but shortly realized it was too firm. David reminded us of the 30 day time period before we could exchange but provided a mattress topper in the meantime. Our 30 days was up and i called to place the order for the Medium avocado. David arranged pick up and long story short there was some issues with the third party pick up guys and taking the mattress. David wrote a long case for a us and was on the phone fighting for our case and thankfully showed them we were not in the wrong. David is very professional and a great person to have on your side.

Now THAT was easy. Been reviewing mattresses online for months and wanted to go to a brick and mortar store to actually test some beds. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the very kind and patient Essa. I told him what I was hoping for - a plush mattress, no higher than 11 inches for a 6" tall, 160 lb. side sleeper. He offered me a beverage, grabbed his measuring tape, and showed me all of the mattresses fitting the description, and before long, we negotiated a fair price for a Casper Snow. I highly recommend seeing Essa at Mancini's Sleepworld Colma for your next mattress. You'll be glad you did.
