Ty was super helpful, knowledgeable and just a great person in general! He took so much time (and patience!) to walk us through the process of finding our perfect mattress. My wife and I just purchased two twin XL mattresses and adjustable bases at Mancini’s in Concord and couldn’t be more satisfied with the products and customer service. Our salesperson Jim couldn’t have had been more helpful and customer focused. He ensured we purchased mattresses that met our needs without trying to push anything we didn’t want. The scheduled set up of our new mattress sets, and the removal of our existing one was right on time and the workers were very courteous and professional. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

I LOVE MY NEW BED! Was on the hunt for a better bed since my back has been hurting and James from Manicins Sleepworld Concord was so helpful! He was very thorough when explaining the differences between mattress type, and was even able to give me a great deal on my two nightstands! I had gone to Mattress Firm right before Mancinis and their service was terrible.
The delivery communication was clear - they sent reminders and called me to confirm. The set up of the bed was very quick as well. Would recommend!

Understand that the delivery process is given the day before to make it easy on you to request VIP delivery or allow that day to be flexible because you will receive the 2-hour window the day before. Remember these guys are driving all over the East Bay area. Be flexible.
Overall, I highly recommend Mancini Sleep World, and I'm grateful for the phenomenal service we received. Thank you for making our shopping experience a memorable one!

Excellent service from sales to delivery! Showed us all of our options for the type of mattress we were looking for. Friendly without being pushy and gave us time to decide while checking in every once in a while. Answered all our questions and got delivery set up for 1 day later. Delivery was set for 9:30-11:30, at 9:25 they text to say they were 10 minutes away and were at the house by 9:37. Easily moved our 2 box springs and mattress upstairs and we’re done in 5 minutes. Will definitely go to them next time we need a new mattress!
