120 Day Mattress Price Guarantee
At Mancini’s price is not an issue. Show us any local competitor’s advertisement (Excluding Internet Pricing) on any Serta, Simmons, Sealy, Stearns and Foster and Aireloom mattress within 120 days from date of delivery and we will beat that price by 10% (excluding Tempur-Pedic & Serta Icomfort/Iseries). Price guarantee applies only to new merchandise from local stocking dealers.
120 Day Money Back & Comfort Exchange Guarantee
You have the option of receiving a ONE TIME exchange or ONE TIME full refund for your mattress set within 120 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be allowed for the first 30 days. The mattress must have the law label attached and be free from damage, abuse, and stains. If you received any promotional items with your purchase, those items must be returned with the mattress set. If you wish to keep any promotional items, contact the store and pay for those items (current sale price); that amount will be deducted from the refund. If you select a mattress that is less expensive, you will be refunded the difference. Customers will receive discounts similar to their original purchase (excluding Tempur-Pedic & Serta iComfort). The following items DO NOT qualify for our Money Back and Comfort Exchange Guarantee: Warranty Replacements, Damaged, Abused or Stained Mattresses, “As-Is” Mattresses, Treated Mattresses, Floor Models, Special Order Items, Furniture and Adjustable Bases. There is $99.95 processing fee to exchange or return your mattress. Foundation returns or exchanges will result in a $39.95 processing fee.
Refunds and Returns
All deliveries signed for are final with the exception of purchases that qualify for our 120 Day Money Back and Exchange Guarantee. Approved refunds will be processed only after all products are returned to Mancini’s Sleepworld. Cash or Check refunds will receive a check from the Mancini’s Sleepworld Corporate Office within 10 business days. Credit card refunds can be processed on the next business day your purchase is picked up or returned. Please call the store at which you made your purchase and provide them with your credit card information and they will process the refund for you. Your refund may take up to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement. Finance accounts will be refunded within 10 business days.
Mattress Care Instructions
Refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty Card and read through the guidelines and requirements. Use an appropriate mattress protector at all times; a stain will void your manufacturer’s warranty, and our Money Back and Exchange Guarantee. Do not remove any law labels from your mattress or boxspring. All queen and king size mattresses require a bedframe with rigid feet in the CENTER of the slats or frame to support the boxsprings. Many bedframes do not meet the requirements for rigid center feet. If you are not sure about your bedframe meeting these minimum requirements, call your Mancini’s store for assistance. Body impressions are a normal characteristic of premium bedding and indicate that the comfort layers are conforming to your body. This is not a manufacturer defect. To help equalize these impressions, rotate your new mattress every two weeks for the first three months and then once a month thereafter as part of the normal maintenance of the product. Free Delivery, Setup & Removal
Free delivery, setup and removal apply to mattress sales of $299 or greater only, does not apply to furniture sales. See store for details.
Accessories visible in photos (mattresses, pillows, shams, covers, sheets etc) are not included in purchase unless specified. Products are currently available for local Northern California delivery only. Some assembly required on all furniture products.
