I purchased this pillow hoping that it would keep me cool but it doesn't. I also wake up with back pain when I use it.

pillow to high!
We wish we would have gotten the pillows below this one. It is to high and bothers our neck. we have tried to use it but it bothers both of us.

Pillow became misshaped after two nights of sleep
I am a registered nurse and have Lupus as well so neck and back pain are something that is crippling and common to me. I was hopeful for this pillow to help with that and give me comfort and prevent the frequent headaches from neck pain that I was experiencing but it did not end up doing that. The pillow where my head rested after one night is flat and is sunken in. Almost $200 for a pillow that doesn't even stay true to shape was more than disappointing.
