Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. Tom Grimmeison at the store in San Rafael was outstanding in directing me to my needs for a new mattress and platform. Tom is incredibly professional and detailed on his knowledge of sleeping. We had a wonderful experience at Mancini Sleepworld. The person that helped us was Tom, and he was beyond terrific. Very helpful, but also quite patient with me as I was trying to figure out which mattress was best for what my needs were. We had a great shopping experience here today! After having shopped around at a few brand name stores this weekend - and doing extensive searches online - I convinced my husband that we should make this one last trip to see what Mancinis had to offer before committing to a big purchase....and we are both so glad we did! He gave us some very honest feedback and evaluation of what we were looking for, and even recognized us from our last purchase we made with him over 7 years ago!
