Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. I purchased a Kingsdown vintage sycamore Grove mattress on May 29, 2023.
The service itself was great - friendly, knowledgeable and so on. The delivery was good too.
I was advised to purchase a bunkie board to support my IKEA bed frame, but since it was out of stock I purchased it from a different store.
After a few months I've noticed that the top part of the mattress (where the head and trunk are) is sinking considerably. I'm an average weight and specifically purchased an extra firm mattress because I don't want any dents or body impressions. I flipped it with the feet side up, and after a couple more months - that side started sinking considerably as well.
I went in personally to report the issue and was told to send an email. I tried to find out if this was normal, but the salesperson didn't seem interested in helping other than repeating that I should email. I did send an email and had a surveyor come and assess it. He found a 3/4 inch sinking (and this is after 7 months of use only). I did not get a follow up email from anyone.
Only after another rather desperate email I was told they would only do something if the dent was 1and1/4 inch, that this is normal somehow and that the sinking may or may not stop in another year or two.
I regret my purchase here and advise that you purchase from somewhere that has some sort of trial period or better customer service.
