Neal was amazing! He’s Patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I came in to look at a mattress that I saw online. I typically don’t like to buy anything online without looking at it first, so I decided to go into this store. I’ve been in a few mattress stores, and let me tell you that they weren’t nearly as helpful. Once I walked in, you can feel the energy. That’s the kind of customer service I was looking for. He gave me options and we talked about pricing, and with his help I completely decided to go with something else. He’s was very honest and dedicated to find me the perfect mattress without being pushy. I took about an hour, but like I said, his patience was everything and overall I’m very satisfied with my experience! I can’t wait try my new bed! Thank you Neal!

The store has a great selection to test out in person, two full floors! Full range of softness-firmness, and a good spread of price points. Neal was wonderful, he gave me plenty of space to explore and try things out on my own as I asked, and was very friendly and helpful when I was ready to buy. Highly recommended!

If you come here for a bed frame, you'll be set. They have good options that have worked out for me before, although I bought it from a different location. This location's manager, Neil, is kinda weird. I initially bought an 8inch spring mattress because that was the max height allowed for the loft bed frame I have in my room. There wasn't a similar mattress to try out in the store, and the only other 8inch mattress was a foam mattress -- I've only ever slept on hybrid or spring mattresses and as far as I'd heard up until that point, spring mattresses are more supportive, and I prefer firm mattresses so I thought it would work out. Unfortunately, the mattress was too soft, and after sleeping on it for a few weeks I started developing back issues and a lot of muscle strain, so I asked to exchange it. I went in store to exchange, and at first I received a lot of attitude about how I had already been told it was a cheap mattress, it didn't qualify for a refund, and that's what I paid for. Yes, I knew that -- I thought I might as well try it out anyway. If it worked, it worked; if it didn't, then I would figure something else out. Why the attitude? I did end up exchanging it for the 8inch foam mattress, which they had a model I could try out. It seemed to feel more supportive, and the other store associates were kind enough to let me lay on it for a good 10-20 minutes to make sure it felt supportive enough. They let me exchange it for a few fees, and it got delivered. First day it got delivered it caused me a headache from the overwhelming smell it was off-gassing. I read how the first three days of having a new foam mattress it just needs to air out, but that if it was CertiPUR-US certified, it was relatively harmless. I couldn't figure out if it actually was certified or not, but almost a week later, after trying to air it out, it was still releasing an odor that gave me a headache. When I called the store and asked if it was certified with anything, Neil gave me a lot of attitude again, kept cutting me off, and said it wasn't certified, that I couldn't get a refund because that was policy, and that my allergic reactions to the mattress were unknown at the time. Again, why the attitude? Every time I tried to just clarify what was the exchange or return policy or if it did or didn't have a different certification, he'd cut me off and say a bunch of things tinged with condescension and aggression, which was overall pretty unexpected. I did feel like it's technically the manager/employee's job to let me know what the pros and cons of a mattress are and I should've just been told upfront this mattress didn't have that certification, because how am I supposed to do research on every mattress shown to me when I walk into a store? Do I bring my laptop with me and do a deep dive right then and there? If it was just something he forgot to mention, that's fine. We could've reached the same result -- having my second mattress picked up and recycled without a refund (MAKE NOTE NO REFUND) -- without all the condescension when I was literally just asking a few questions, and I continually remained concise and respectful the whole time. He ended up not scheduling the pickup for the foam mattress anyway. Otherwise, delivery workers were always super great, fast, and friendly, and the other store associates were totally fine too. I recommend avoiding the manager as possible, go to a different location if you can! overall kinda scammy business

We were looking for a new mattress but found all of the possible choices confusing and difficult to navigate. But luckily we found Neal Kassner at Mancini’s Sleep World in San Francisco. He was extremely helpful and helped us find the perfect mattress for our needs. He listened carefully and gave us direction and guidance to help us narrow down the choices. Neal definitely made my day! Saved my back , money and mood for years !!! Just walked in store with my son, to look around , however the day before I’ve ordered new mattress online for my new apartment , and thought maybe I can find it and try. but!! After 10 minutes of amazing tour with Neal I canceled my previous order and made new grrrreat purchase !!! He is very high professional and very nice person. Provides amazing service . Knows exactly what and how to offer. Delivery date is sooo flexible and customized. Great prices ! (Ruining myth that online I could find same product much more cheaper ) Now I am 100% happy with my purchase. Wish to have such a great person in my business and sales. All stars satisfied !!
