Also, a detailed warranty card will be attached to your new mattress at the time of delivery. I'm a long time customer of Mancini's and came back to buy a new mattress and had a terrible experience with the poor salesmanship of Elias at the Los Gatos location, after 30 days I went in and a nice gentleman named Larry took over 2 hours showing me beds and having me test each out carefully and not rushed he even suggested rolling on my sides and staying there a little longer to test the beds. I settled on a much higher quality and priced mattress and then now came back to Larry in Capitola to buy a new box spring now.
As before he was very nice , informative and patient and explained my opinions.
You have a great employee in Larry who takes pride in his treatment of customers and likes the company he works for !!
