Awful Mattress

I bought the plush mattress and every since I've been dealing with shoulder and neck pain as well as numbness in arms and legs. I've never had these issues until buying this mattress. Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever owned, Would NOT recommend

Feel deceived

I bought the cushion firm and it was way too firm. I was waking up with numb arms. So I returned it and ended up buying the plush. There is nothing plush about this mattress. It's just as firm as the cushion firm. My arms are still going numb. I am a young thin female and have never had that problem. I spent nearly 3k on a mattress that is absolutely horrible. I can't imagine what the actual firm feeling like.
